Food & Wine Dinners in the comfort of your own home
Imagine having your own personal Wine Expert to entertain you and your friends in your home.
You provide the food, either a 3 or 4 course dinner, and we provide the perfect wines, expertise and entertainment.
Your Wine Host will arrive at your house laden with fine and unusual wines, each wine chosen to match your dishes. In a very relaxed and informal way your Wine Host will introduce you to the key rules of matching food and wine.
Initially, you will be invited to taste the wines without any food and you will be asked to select your favourite wine.
With each course served there will be at least 2 wines to taste, both selected to match the food but with different characteristics so as to allow your guests to explore new flavours and experiment with different wines.
You will be amazed to discover that the wines you preferred without food are unlikely to be the same wines that you preferred with food. And, whats more amazing, is discovering the reasons why the taste of the wine changes so much when we combine it with food.
Since everyones's pallet is unique and their sense of taste varies, you will find that this event can become very lively and with great debates!
