Still Wine

Still Wine

An opened bottle of still wine may be resealed using a unique pour-through stopper. Once the stopper is in place the user inserts the PresorVac unit into the top of the stopper. The user then switches the lever to over to the RED marker and presses the operating button which starts the vacuum pump. The user holds it in place just until the red light illuminates to indicate that the optimum level of vacuum has been reached. As soon as the user removes their finger from the button the vacuum pump stops. The bottle may then be returned to its storage place.

Sparkling Wine

An opened bottle of wine may be resealed using a specially designed stopper. Once the stopper is in place the user inserts the PresorVac unit into the top of the stopper. The user then switches the lever to over to the BLUE marker and presses the operating button which starts the pressure pump. The user holds it in place just until the red light illuminates to indicate that the optimum level of pressure has been reached. As soon as the user removes their finger from the button the pressure pump stops. The bottle may then be returned to its storage place.
