Winestation

Manufactured in USA, WineStation is a temperature controlled wine preservation and dispensing cabinet. 

  • The cabinets are made up of 4 bottle units. Each 4 bottle cabinet can be set to a different temperature.
  • Either nitrogen or argon gas can be used to preserve and dispense the wine.
  • It has a measured pour facility with 3 volume settings.
  • There are 2 versions of this measured pour cabinet: one for staff use (behind the bar) and the other for customer use (shop floor). Both come with a software package enabling the establishment to control stock, pour levels and to monitor sales.  To enable these facilities, a card system is used whereby staff are required to insert a card before any wine can be poured.  For customer use, each customer is required to purchase a card which allows them to pour wine up to the value of that card.  Once they’ve poured that value, they can just top up their credit. 
  • It is unique system in that an unlimited number of wines can be preserved using the system.  So, for example, you could install an 8 bottle cabinet but then offer 12 wines-by-the glass and all preserved using the same system.
  •  No regular line cleaning is required. This is because there are no lines since the dispense head and tap sit directly on top of each bottle. The CleanPour sealers just need to be rinsed in hot water whenever a bottle is replaced.
